Use your customer account to request a return or cancellation.
Cancellations may be requested before your order ships. After delivery, you may request an eligible return.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a request within 30 days of receiving it for a full refundโno dramatic cliffhanger required.
For other eligible returns, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
EU customers may exercise applicable withdrawal rights, including the applicable withdrawal period after delivery.
